Shipping policy

Worldwide shipping is available.

Each item is handmade and made to order, which takes about 2 - 4 weeks to be produced depending on the item. We have items manufactured in Indonesia, China, and our very own USA. Processing adds an additional 1 - 2 weeks once produced. If there are any delays a email will be sent out ASAP! Once you've ordered you will receive a order confirmation and after your item ships you'll receive a unique tracking number as well. Most orders should be delivered within 1 - 3 business days through our carrier USPS(United States Postal Service) once shipped.

Is my order lost? No, its not LOST the shipping label only has been created. Shipping labels are created 1 week before the item is dropped to USPS to ensure every package contains the right item before packaged by our team. So please stay updated to your tracking to make sure your order states “in transit” within 1 week after label is created!

We also are not responsible for packages that are sent back due to insufficient address. If your package is sent back due to this matter please be aware that you are FULLY RESPONSIBLE of covering the cost to reship the package. ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED BY USPS WITH PRIORITY MAIL. PLEASE CONTACT USPS IF YOUR PACKAGE IS PERHAPS LOST OR STOLEN!
